INTRODUCTION
Dr Davies is a Consultant Liaison Psychiatrist at Morriston Hospital,
Swansea, and an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Wales
College of Medicine, Cardiff. He also undertakes private and
medicolegal work. His clinical work involves day to
day contact with patients undergoing Psychiatric and Psychological
reactions to physical illness and trauma, for example burns, road
traffic accidents and head injury. Dr Davies has 10 years experience in
medico-legal and insurance report work. He has a Masters Degree in
Clinical Psychiatry and
is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. He
has an interest in Occupational Health Psychiatry, including
Psychiatric problems among health service staff.

in matters relating to Adult and Liason Psychiatry, including Personal
Injury, Road Traffic Accidents, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder &
Depression, disability and discrimination issues. Also medical
negligence and work related stress cases.
- Fitness for work reports
(insurance companies and employers) including Depression, Anxiety
Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Chronic Fatigue and
Medically Unexplained Symptoms.
